FOXY BROWN ASSAULT TRIAL SET FOR JULY

Rapper Foxy Brown will face assault charges on July 17th for allegedly punching and kicking two employees at the Bloomie Nail Salon in New York City in August 2004, after they allegedly refused to let her leave the salon over a monetary dispute Brown, who rejected a plea deal, is facing misdemeanor charges of assault, attempted assault, and harassment. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Gerald Harris has issued orders of protection for the two manicurists that Brown allegedly assaulted.
